[IMPORTANT NOTICE] The individual operation team of ChromaDrive (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") deeply understands the importance of personal information to you and is strictly committed to protecting your personal privacy.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") mainly explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the ChromaDrive mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). Before using the Software, please read carefully and fully understand this Policy. By clicking "Agree", logging in, or continuing to use the Software, you shall be deemed to consent to our collection and processing of your relevant information in accordance with this Policy.
I. How We Collect and Use Your Information
To ensure the normal operation of the Software and to provide you with the core functionality of 3D vehicle visual previews, we only collect personal information actively provided by you or generated during your use, based on the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, and necessity:
- 1. Account Login Services (Third-Party Login): When you choose to use third-party accounts such as WeChat or Google for quick login to the Software, with your explicit authorization, we will obtain the third-party account's unique identifier (e.g., OpenID, UnionID), avatar, and nickname shared by the third-party platform. This information is collected solely to help you create a ChromaDrive account, identify your identity, and remember your personalized configurations within the Software.
- 2. 3D Rendering and Device Adaptation (Device Information): Since the Software utilizes high-precision 3D real-time rendering technology, in order to ensure the Software runs properly on your device, adapts corresponding rendering shaders (Shaders), resolutions, and frame rates, and facilitates troubleshooting of bugs, we may collect your device model, operating system version, GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) model, screen resolution, and a unique device identifier (used only as an anonymized ID for basic statistics). This information does not contain personally identifiable details and is not linked to your real identity.
- 3. Software Security and Daily Operation: When the Software experiences crashes, freezes, or operational anomalies, we may collect anonymized system crash logs so that our technical team can conduct performance optimization and bug fixes to improve your user experience.
[OUR SOLEMN PROMISE] We will never collect sensitive personal information such as your real name, ID number, phone number, precise location information, contacts, text messages, call logs, or bank account details.
II. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Information
- 1. Sharing: As stated above, we will not share your personal information with any third-party companies, organizations, or individuals. However, to implement the quick login function, we have integrated the WeChat Open Platform SDK and Google Login SDK. These SDKs may collect necessary authorization information during your login. We have fulfilled our duty of review, and these third-party SDKs will strictly protect your privacy and security.
- 2. Transfer and Disclosure: We will not transfer or publicly disclose your personal information to any third party unless required by laws, regulations, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requirements of government authorities.
III. How We Store and Protect Your Information
- 1. Storage Retention Period: We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to provide you with the Software services, and within the time limits required by laws and regulations (for example: as long as you maintain an active account, we will continuously save your login credentials).
- 2. Security Protection: As an individual operator, we implement industry-standard encryption technologies (such as HTTPS transmission encryption) and secure storage measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, damage, or loss.
IV. Your Rights (Data Control Rights)
